With over 25 years of experience in IT management and finance, Allan is a highly-experienced programmer and engineer with the ability to execute complex projects rapidly and efficiently. Allan began his career as a programmer for EIS Inc, where he developed and implemented the Corporate Action Control System (CACS), which provided banks real-time, up-to-date information so they could seize on opportunities in securities and holdings. Later, Allan rose to a position as senior analyst with Citibank, where he improved, maintained, and upgraded international finance systems that averaged over $400 million per week in transactions.

When Allan was given the opportunity to fulfill his lifelong dream of becoming an entrepreneur, he didn’t hesitate. Alongside Mike Nguyen, Allan co-founded Syllabus Software, which developed innovative products like Audiax, a pioneering headphone that integrated multiple inputs into a single device.

Currently, Allan is working with his team to bring HIAMaps, an intuitive app that allows users to explore surroundings, customize maps, and share their journeys with H-Code, a patent-pending technology.
